The Person Behind the Platform

I’m Shay, BSN, RN, CCRN-CMC, and current Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist in my DNAP program. Before I was in the OR, I was in the ICU, working toward a goal that felt both impossible and inevitable .

Anesthesia Aesthetics was born out of everything I wish I had on the way there—honest guidance, real resources, and a community rooted in purpose and ambition. I’m not looking back and teaching from a distance. I’m in it right now, bringing you with me.

This is for the nurse who knows they were made for more. More than what the world expects of them. I see you— and I am building this for you. Thank you for choosing to be a part of this community.
